PS. Ich nutze Arch & NixOS BTW

“Democracy is bad, but it’s the best system we ever had” ~ a man whoms Name i forgot

(Well I still disagree we had Anarchy for short periods of time, except you want to see it as very advanced democracy but anyway the quit is good OK)

Yes and no it was an authoritarian communism system (there are many subtypes of communism and even more subtypes of socialism) also you could argue if they were communist at all depending where you standing on the autocratic-libertarian spectrum since libertarians/Anarchists would say that the point of communism is not that the state owns the means of the production but the people themselves.

I mean socialism has and dose worked for millions of people. Imho The two main points of failure are imperialistic states like USSR and USA the second thing is authoritarian systems trying to force socialism (often it is just State-capitalism) on to the working class.

  • Idk if it helps but a friend of mine has similar problems with depression because of the world going to shit. (Even though here problems aren’t so severe). I once showed her the Solarpunk genre/Movement and it worked (at least a bit). It let a bit of sunlight and hope in her heart and she has fallen directly in love with it in the same way I did. So maybe it helps a bit looking into it and get a bit of a hope boost.
