I’ve worked with some pretty rotten software, but management software is easily the most user unfriendly, so my vote goes to HPSM.

      Good question, I think in this case it was internal. The way it was setup by management wasn’t efficient. Very convoluted. Having said that I’m not the most patient guy, so maybe I didn’t give it a chance. Also with the company there was alot of red tape and to fix discrepancies would take forever and/or not get done
