Does the B stand for Bizzle?
Mianus, Connecticut liked this
I’d actually like it if it was backslash for local paths and forward slash for remote paths. But if you connect to a cifs share, it still uses backslashes, so the whole thing seems pointless
I spent a week there. We stayed with my girlfriends grandfather, in a gated community in Bayonne. He had to keep a huge garbage can full of water in the shower because the power was constantly going out, also it was unbelievably hot despite being late October, there were ants all.over everything and the gas/electric were obscenely expensive. It’s beautiful. The people were nice. The food was amazing and I’ve never had a better cup of coffee. But live there? Nah.
Might be cheating to mention this but most/all Tarantino flicks are meant to feel like 70s movies
You could easily trim that Simpsons directory down by over 75% by only keeping the good seasons

We don’t have a mayor, we have a first selectman. She’s a woman but still calls herself first selectman. I can’t decide of that’s anti-feminist or feminist AF, it is her choice after all
Jump. The direction you fall is down. Up is the other way.
Well fnord.
Well it does come from a holy book. Those are nothing if not verbose.
We look through the world through windows on which have been drawn grids (concepts). Different philosophies use different grids. A culture is a group of people with rather similar grids. Through a window we view chaos, and relate it to the points on our grid, and thereby understand it. The ORDER is in the GRID. That is the Aneristic Principle.
Western philosophy is traditionally concerned with contrasting one grid with another grid, and amending grids in hopes of finding a perfect one that will account for all reality and will, hence, (say unenlightened westerners) be True. This is illusory; it is what we Erisians call the ANERISTIC ILLUSION. Some grids can be more useful than others, some more beautiful than others, some more pleasant than others, etc., but none can be more True than any other.

“Horrible star trek movie”?
I live in a state where the presidential race is locked in, and has been for my entire life. I know which party is going to take all of our electoral votes, every single time, no matter what I do. If I vote for a third party and help them get 20% of the popular vote (however unlikely that is) they’ll be guaranteed a spot in the debates and on the ballots of all 50 states in 4 years. Its the only way for my vote to potentially matter at all.
