There’s still one I’d have to go and look it up because I use it myself from time to time. It’s standalone and it works best with single instrument tracks.
However, you can use free openvino audacity plugins to strip a song into its individual tracks and then use other programs to convert those tracks to MIDI and then import them into a midi editor and then recompose them as needed.
It for now is incredibly janky and is an awful lot of work and is not clear and straightforward at all but it is feasible, and I say feasible very slowly and methodically to communicate that it’s feasible in the way that you could feasibly build your own house on unclaimed land without spending a dime just using stone tools that you made yourself and wood that you personally harvested from fallen trees.
I think you’re overlooking the potential.
I don’t give up on anybody because they all have the potential to have their Ebenezer Scrooge moment and change until they no longer have any moments.
The potential for Ashlii Babbitt to become a good and upstanding contributing member of society was lost because of her blind following of the orange turd.
That is her fault. It’s still a sad thing.
I feel bad for her but I feel worse for the person who felt like they had no other choice but to shoot that woman, and I am glad that it only took one bullet to stop the insurrection.
Saving this for when I finish my CJ7 project
Basically it would have to be built into the browser.
You go to a website, the AI enhanced ad blocking browser would then watch the website and then reinterpret what it sees to you the end user minus the ads.
Upside, completely infallible assuming that the website itself is visible to the public. Downside, the entire contents of any website you go to could be hallucinated and you could have a completely separate and unique experience from reality by using said browser.
Good news! Internet would be technically faster.
Time would be faster also so you wouldn’t be able to tell it but compared to us your internet would be faster
I think they are saying that in their revised universe there would be an absolute humanity spanning moral code.
And the things that that moral code decide are bad are bad always for everyone regardless.
I thought the thing about psychopaths is not that they don’t have empathy or that it’s something that’s completely bizarre and alien to them, but rather that they have a switch where they can turn it off.
Like most of us would recoil in horror at watching a video of somebody being beheaded on the internet and many of us have had that unfortunate experience, but a psychopath has the ability to not feel anything at all about it if they don’t want to.
My question is, do we get native American diseases that Europeans are immune to?
I mean, we’ve already got Elon musk we don’t really need any more eunichs with nothing left to lose
That is the exception and not the norm
A lot of them are assholes in one way or another, at about the same distribution of every other social group
After a little more thinking on this:
Gender dysphoria? Nope! Shapeshifter. Furry? Nope Werebeing
Basically, anything that is a deviation from bog standard human would have a magical reasoning behind it.
Maybe instead of schizophrenics talking to the dead they would just fit into the class of spiritualists and diviners, oracles and the like.
I’m open to interpretation.
It would change the topographical nature of the universe. We would probably have to exist in like the 3.1415th dimension or something to make it work.
Silphium was recently rediscovered so it’s no longer considered extinct just highly endangered.
Aside from that, I would make it so that instead of having mental illness you would have magical powers.
Schizophrenic? Nope you just talk to the Dead. Adhd? Nope, you’re an elemental wizard. Bipolar? Nope, you’re either a healer or a necromancer. Depressed? Nope, you’re just low on mana. (Major depression means that you’re suffering from a curse) Psychotic? Nope, you’re suffering a mana storm Narcissistic? Nope, you are an illusionist. Autistic? Nope, you’re an enchanter.
If we knew why the petunia said that, we would understand a lot more about the universe
And if that’s too much effort you can always try microdosing.
If your brain is experiencing the same world in a new way it will seem to go slower.
Exactly. Plus the common use of mastering at the time was to optimize the recorded audio for printing on a vinyl disc, and if the grooves were too deep or the transitions too sharp it could cause the needle to skip out of the track.
If your average listener is going to be listening on a mono device then a smart thing to do would be to pan one thing consistently to one side and the other to the other as the mono needle isn’t going to care where it’s getting its vibrations from. That would give you more resolution and more depth for the cut, as long as the final disc was only played in mono.
I’m not saying that’s the case for every recording but I’m pretty sure it has happened quite a few times back then while they were still figuring everything out.
