I’m envisioning Bookwyrm behaving as a comments section for anna’s archive (possibly all/any decentralised book repositary), but they’d be reviews instead. I’m reminded of discus or facebook that you often get embedded on certain sites.

Grayjay from Louis Rossman’s company is really good - you can even log in with youtube etc. It looks amazing. It looks like a Tachiyomi for Video and Livestreaming!!! You can add other sources.
Turn them into soil. Put them in the ground.
Reminds one of Twitter or Reddit.
Seems a bit much.
‘ayo’
What if you have enemies all around you, that tried to invade and crush you only a decade ago?
militaristic authoritarian dictatorship
That’s a gross over-generalisation, to the point of being misleading.
Can you send me your list of nice, approved communists plz? Would be much appreciated. lol
Sorry, was just talking to the local fishwife.
I’ve been using it for years and not been banned.
lemmydotworld is down again, if anyone is missing harrypotter@lemmy.world they can go to the other harry potter community on lemm.ee !harrypotter@lemm.ee that I’m currently trying to build up .
I beginning to feel that lemmydotworld isn’t totally acting in the interests of the lemmy community.
hobbit.world has some great LotR related art btw.
A good many of us are here because of R’s apps no longer working, including myself. It’s been a month and now I don’t even remember using R on my phone tbh. I did mostly use desktop, but I’ve also acclimatised very quickly.
Who’s ‘tigger’?
It’s the generated handle of my reddit account and I was happy with it because its a good name and it’s over here.
I’m reminded that in the past every release of a software (at least the major ones) would be a single paid-for release. Obviously the google play model inhibits that kind of sensible monetisation straegy for now (I think).
Think photoshop before, the model that clip studio pro has ‘reverted’ back to (I support it, but I can’t help but remember that time when they bombed twitter with adverts with a deal - that’s money that didn’t go towards development).
If they tied a bookwyrm comments section to an ISBN number for example then anybody/site could easily have it embedded to make it a universal tool rather than specifically connected to a piracy site.
